From Rillifane

The chairman of the Michigan Republican Party, Saul Anuzis, is circulating a petition among Republican National Committee members to ban Texas Republican Congressman Ron Paul from more debates.

"The chairman of the Michigan Republican Party said Wednesday that he will try to bar Ron Paul from future GOP presidential debates because of remarks the Texas congressman made that suggested the Sept. 11 attacks were the fault of U.S. foreign policy," reports the Associated Press.

Fancy that... Listen to what Ron Paul has to say... I think he's brilliant.

Hell, he almost makes me want to vote Republican. He definitely makes me feel better about my strong libertarian leanings.

Yeah, I'm old enough to remember the days when the Republican party had a foreign policy platform of NON-INTERVENTIONISM, and used to bad mouth the Democrats for presuming to go around like world police, battling all the 'evil' in the world.

I don't think this is a black and white issue. I think that US interventionalism has inspired a lot of anti-american sentiment in middle eastern people, but at the same time when it comes to the islamofacists, we're dealing with a group of people that are largely uneducated apart from the religious and racist dogma they have pounded into them since birth. They are taught that Israelis are the enemy and Americans, by proxy, are also the enemy.

So, Tucker Carlson is finally wearing big boy ties now?
