Apartments? Houses in Nashville?

weswilsonAnyone know of any good living spaces available in the Nashville area? Our Sous Chef is moving to Nashville to work for some asshole french chef, and he's looking for a good place.

Where he wants to totally avoid renting is anywhere just outside of downtown (except Green Hills [37204, 37205, and 37215 are good]), Antioch, the northern burbs (except Hendersonville, which is lovely but remote), and other nice places that are too far out of the city for a trial run (Franklin, Murfreesboro, Gallatin, Lebanon, Dickson, etc.).
I recommend Brentwood though (37027).
