I almost got hit by TWO different women in SUVs talking on their phones today. Shortly I passed one who had slowed to 25 miles an hour on a restricted access highway, she almost drove a school bus off the road on the exit ramp. I'm not one to think that talking on your phone is inherantly hazardous, but GEEZ people?!?!
