Making dinner, but still sleepy.

I figure I'll wake up at about 2am when I should be heading to bed.

The wife is fine, but she's having some crampy joy around the clock, now.

A terrible thing to hear from your wife:
"Honey, I know you have a lot of stuff you need to get done today, but could you take the time to play some computer games with me so I can get my mind off all this mess."

Batman and Robin is on... Jesus, that is a terrible movie.

She wants you to play video games with her to take her mind off the cramping?

Dude...just in case you are not aware of this...you are the luckiest, most fortunate, guy in the entire world. THE. WORLD.

Treasure her always and never give her any reason to want to run away. :)

Poor poor Wes.

Computer games? And you're saying terrible thing?

You're starting to slip as my HERO.

Love & Hugs,

What's her actual due date?
I never made it to mine--I started full-blown labor at 31 weeks, which was stopped with some horrible meds I had to take for 6 weeks. I never had to go through the 'fake' labor 'false alarm' bs and the kid was born at 37 weeks.
I hope everything goes really smoothly when the time comes! I'm so excited for you! :D

My actual due date is March 20th. I am 35 weeks today. We are pretty sure we won't make March 20th... but the little bugger could surprise us! Currently, I am a fingertip dilated and 80% effaced. :) We'll see.

Oh yay!
My due date was March 26th and I first went into labor on January 25th. He was finally born March 7th.
I hope your little guy hangs out in there for at least a couple more weeks just to make sure everything's developed well (lungs and such). But if you're feeling as bad as I did, I'm sure you want it to be overwith already! I could hardly walk that last week because sciatica was so bad. He tended to hang out on my sciatic nerve and it felt like he was playing basketball in there.
I'm thrilled for the two of you! Congrats!
:)

My Dear Wes,
you don't need me to tell you, you just posted this to let us all know that your lady wife is without equal.
I've heard stories of chums who've had to walk about with pillows as armour so their wives could hit them for getting them into this mess. Apparently it works wonders for the stresses involved for the women going through these stages. Personally, I'd emigrate and come back when it's all over, but...
You're a better man than I am.
Fortune attend you all.
