Relaxing day

weswilsonHave the day off, and don't plan to do much.
We took a stroll down the greenway today, letting Abby run around and mark every spot she could. I love letting her run around in new places, even if it makes me an outlaw for not keeping her on her leash. Wendy and I enjoyed the sun, tolerated the chilly wind, and got a little exercise today. Bully for us.
Tonight is either Molten Core with my dwarf priest, or leveling my mage to catch up with Jen and Jon.
I seriously need to finish the house. Not having the bookshelves I planned is really digging into organizational mores. We have some open boxes sitting around the computer room... and since that room is where I spend a good chunk of my free time, it is making me grumpy. I'm pondering having my friend Josh come over and see if he can't help me design something cool and functional that won't eat up the whole room and make it feel like a closet.
Now that the new garage door is in, I also need to re-organize the garage and get it all nice and neat... I envy my dad's three-car garage... I need a pegboard about 2 miles long.
Work has been great, but the amount of hours I'm putting in are starting to get me a little down. I'm honored to work with these folks, and I'm glad to continue moving towards a life without people who exhibit no self control... but I'm tired... and too stubborn to go to bed early... it always feels like I'm giving up for the day... and there are so many, many things I want to do.
