appetizers and such small dishes

i'm with you brother, it's either middle eastern or some kind of fish...

I'd eat it.

It is very straightforward and gets the message across.

Of course I'm hungry and that may make me bias.

but as shadrone indicated, i would be willing to guess that... at least 80% of people would read that and say:
Tapas?

without any other information i'd thing "must be some middle eastern cuisine..."

just my two cents, but i'd try to do it without the word tapas...
perhaps you should make a poll: what is tapas? __________________?

I only found out what tapas is about a year ago.
I think it's a new trendy eating out thing.

"Experience" instead of "Come see". They aren't coming to just look, but to taste and smell as well.

I second using the word "experience". And Mel's sentence sounds good too. All in all, great little ad, babe

I would love to see you work in the phrase ¡Viva tapas!

too adjective-y... exciting lunch, eclectic dishes, talented staff, etc... seems very, local/generic, not streamlined. Saying "some see Huntsville's best little secret for yourself" implies that the place isn't "happening" and that no one knows about it - something huntsvegans don't like...

some googled phrases I liked:

"take a mini vacation to Spain."
"smaller portions so you can enjoy all the flavors of..."
"exquisite food and impeccable service"
I liked this the best: "With a tapas-based menu, you can try a number of items before settling on a fave. Order several and share!"

A tag line I made up: "You're invited to (eat at) the best table in town, the Chef's Table!"

Needs a comma after "exciting lunch dishes" - other than that, you have this editor's approval. :-)

I really like the food there, but I've never had Tapas.
